Before you reach out

How long does each session take?

Each session runs approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. The full four-session experience is typically spread across multiple days or weeks, not done all at once.

Do we have to do all four sessions?

No. Each session is available individually. That said, the full experience is where the real transformation happens — the sessions build on each other intentionally.

What if some team members are resistant?

That's normal, and it's something we plan for. The sessions are designed to be low-pressure — no one is forced to participate in anything they're not comfortable with, especially in the improv workshop.

Do you travel to us?

Yes. Sessions are held at your location. Travel costs outside the local Atlanta area are quoted separately.
